New Year’s Eve Bar Capacity Counts in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) It appears Grand Forks Police may have been conducting bar capacity head counts on New Years Eve as part of the Executive Order that limits capacity during our pandemic.
here’s a look at downtown grand forks on new year’s day evening straight ahead up there across the bridge is east grand forks where bars and restaurants remain closed under executive order here on north 3rd street bars and restaurants are open and looks like a pretty good crowd on a friday evening here reviewing some radio traffic on new year’s eve evening it sounded like police were doing some head count checks as far as bark bar and restaurant capacity here um executive order on the north dakota side still limits capacity to 50 percent uh what happened with all that we don’t know yet we’ll have more information on monday when we’re able to talk with someone a little a bit higher up the command chain at the grand forks police department i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv
