Nelson County (trfnews.i234.me) — Explosive new developments out of Nelson County, North Dakota: Brendon Parsley, a former counselor at Dakota Prairie Schools, is once again facing serious criminal charges after a previous dismissal due to incorrect dates in the charging documents.

Parsley has been recharged with solicitation of a minor, luring a minor by computer, and sexual assault. Authorities allege these crimes involved sexual contact with a juvenile girl between August 2006 and May 2010. The original charges were dropped last June because of errors in the paperwork, but prosecutors have now corrected those mistakes and reinstated the charges.

The accusations are deeply concerning, as the case highlights ongoing legal battles over sexual misconduct in educational environments.
