Nay Tah Waush Case: Man Faces Sex Crime Charge

Nay Tah Waush (trfnews.i234.me) — Roger William Nett faces a felony sexual conduct charge in Mahnomen County.

An amended complaint was filed in Minnesota’s Ninth Judicial District Court. The case is listed as 44-CR-24-740.

The charge stems from an alleged incident during September 1 through September 3, 2023.

Prosecutors allege the victim was 12 years old at the time. The complaint says the incident happened in Nay Tah Waush.

Investigators attended a forensic interview at the White Earth Child Advocacy Center on November 2, 2023.
