Murder Charge Filed in Thief River Falls Drug Overdose Fatality

THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Thief River Falls, Minnesota man has been charged with 3rd Degree Murder for allegedly selling Fentanyl to a woman that caused her death.
a 34-year-old Isaac kenowski of thief of RA Falls Minnesota has been charged with third degree murder for allegedly selling fentanyl to Haley chesy that killed her last November he’s also charged with sale of a controlled substance according to court documents on November 28th of 2023 chesy was found deceased of a fentanyl overdose at 711 State Avenue North Apartment 10 102 her daughter was sleeping on the floor besid her the investigation of Kinowski included finding fentanyl residue at his residence uh an investigation of his phone cash apps and social media messages between him and the victim one of the messages retrieved from kow’s phone to another person uh said he was trying to dodge murder charges well he didn’t if convicted the maximum sentence for third degree murder is 25 years in prison I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
