Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) — A recent roundup of cases in Thief River Falls and surrounding areas reveals a broad mix of criminal and traffic offenses heard in local courts:

  • Emily Kate Nelson, 46, had a school bus stop violation charge dismissed.

  • Colton Clay Reese, 31, pleaded guilty to third-degree DWI – controlled substance. He received 364 days in jail with 304 stayed, $585 fine, and credit for 60 days served.

  • Jaden Jon Kruse, 28, was fined $285 for driving after revocation. An uninsured vehicle charge was dismissed.

  • Benjamin Francis Bren, 46, received multiple driving after revocation charges totaling $855.

Numerous parking violations were recorded, including:

  • Rebecca Nubson, Badger – $52

  • Ian Fay, Rhonda Kaye Bach, Stephen Barry, Deborah Molstad, Hailey Downs, and Chad Rader – each cited for street or lot parking violations at $52 each.

Other noteworthy cases:

  • Aaron Matthew Rodriguez-Vondal, 26, and Angel Markus Rodriguez-Vondal, 20, both received stays of adjudication for disorderly conduct – fighting.

  • Aaron John Rollens, 48, had public nuisance charges dismissed.

  • Jamie Wayne Hegland, 32, cited by DNR for failure to transfer watercraft ownership, fined $110.

  • Caleb Wade Reed, 24, fined $185 for no driver’s license.
