MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A 41-year-old woman, Nina Foss of Moorhead, is facing multiple felony charges. According to court documents, on June 21st at 11:45 p.m., an officer attempted to pull Foss over while she was driving a minibike with no tail light. Instead of stopping, she continued to slowly drive away for several blocks before eventually stopping and yelling at the officer. Upon her arrest, she was found in possession of marijuana and methamphetamine. Foss is now charged with felonies for fleeing a peace officer and drug possession.
