Moorhead Jail Log: Six Booked in Clay County

Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Six people were listed in the Clay County lockup report for Thursday, August 6.

The bookings involved property damage, court order violations, drug charges, theft warrants, and suspected impaired driving.

Charges listed in a jail report are allegations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Property Damage and Court Order Cases

Salih Ahmed Kasim, 42, was booked at 8:08 a.m.

He was listed on a gross misdemeanor fourth-degree damage to property allegation. The lockup report listed him on hold.

Lindsey Nicole Sather, 33, was booked at 8:26 a.m.

She was listed for an alleged misdemeanor violation of an order for protection. The report also listed her on hold.

Christopher James Lussier, 43, was booked at 2:45 p.m.

He was wanted on a felony domestic abuse no-contact order violation. The report says the alleged violation occurred within ten years.

Raven Elise Ware, 31, was booked at 2:45 p.m.

Ware was listed on first-degree controlled substance sale and possession charges.

She was also listed on a gross misdemeanor child endangerment allegation.

The lockup report showed a $500,000 bail or bond amount.

Sultan Jamal Osman, 69, was booked at 8:23 p.m.

The report listed several misdemeanor theft warrants connected with Clay County cases.

It also listed an Otter Tail County gross misdemeanor theft warrant.

Several $300 bail or bond amounts were listed. The Otter Tail County warrant showed a $100 amount.

Leighara Anna Munson, 19, was booked at 10:27 p.m.

Munson was listed for third-degree DWI involving alcohol.

She also faced a third-degree DWI allegation for testing at .08 or higher.

The report listed Munson on hold.
