MONTICELLO, Wright County (trfnews.i234.me) — Four people were involved in a two-vehicle crash Thursday in Monticello.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported the crash at 1:51 p.m. on December 18, 2025.

The crash happened at the northbound Highway 25 and School Boulevard.

Troopers listed road conditions as snow and ice.

What happened

Troopers said a 2003 Toyota Corolla was traveling north on Highway 25.

A 2009 Chevrolet Impala was southbound on Highway 25, according to the report.

The report says the Chevrolet was preparing to turn left onto School Boulevard.

The vehicles then collided in the intersection, troopers said.

The Toyota driver was Javier Stiguard Salcedo Duarte, 21, of Buffalo.

Troopers reported non-life-threatening injuries for Duarte.

Duarte was taken to the Buffalo ER for treatment.

A passenger in the Toyota was Marielbys Rodriguez Viloria, 21, of Buffalo.

Troopers reported non-life-threatening injuries for Viloria.

No hospital was listed for Viloria.

The Chevrolet driver was Francisco Martinez, 17, of Big Lake.

The report lists no injuries for Martinez.

A passenger in the Chevrolet was Ayisa Raquel Martinez, 17, of Big Lake.
