GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Braxton Appleton, a Missouri man currently working in Drayton, has been charged in connection with a high-speed dirt bike pursuit that occurred in Grand Forks on July 28.
According to court documents, Appleton fled a traffic stop, speeding through a stop sign dangerously close to a couple walking their dogs.
The pursuit was eventually terminated, but police were able to identify Appleton through gas station surveillance footage.
He now faces felony charges of fleeing law enforcement and reckless endangerment.
