Minot Woman Faces Charges for Sending Threatening Emails to Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Minot woman is facing a felony charge in Grand Forks for allegedly threatening a man in Grand Forks via email.
43-year-old Hala Dahan Montenegro of Minot North Dakota has been charged with felony terrorizing domestic violence along with two misdemeanor counts of violating a disorderly conduct restraining order according to court documents she’d allegedly been emailing a Grand Forks male victim who had a restraining order against her in part one of those emails says quote I will kill you I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
