Stearns County, MN – Wiley Ruce Carter Jr., 31, has been listed as a wanted fugitive as of December 14, 2023, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Carter was sentenced on January 26, 2017, for criminal sexual conduct under case number Stearns – 73-CR-14-2213.
He was released on February 2, 2021, but has since violated the terms of his supervised release and is now actively wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Patrick Smith, along with law enforcement officials, is requesting public assistance in locating him.
