Rice County, MN – Minnesota law enforcement is actively searching for Varney Alexander Quaye, wanted as of November 6, 2024, for criminal sexual conduct in Rice County.
Quaye, born on October 24, 1991, was sentenced on February 27, 2019, in Rice County (Court File No. 66-CR-18-788) for criminal sexual conduct. He was released on February 27, 2023, under the supervision of Agent Michael Barkman but has since violated his release conditions, leading to a fugitive warrant.
