Becker County, MN – Todd Lee Hitzelberger, 61, is currently a wanted fugitive as of July 31, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Hitzelberger, born on July 27, 1963, was originally sentenced on February 23, 2022, for a DWI-related offense under court file number 03-CR-10-2251 in Becker County. After being released on November 28, 2023, he failed to comply with his release conditions and is now wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Patrick Smith, and law enforcement are seeking public assistance in locating him.
