Anoka County, MN – Todd Alan Tilbury, 58, has been listed as a wanted fugitive as of April 30, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Tilbury was sentenced on November 21, 2022, for drug-related offenses under case number 02-CR-20-2161 (Anoka County). He was released on January 22, 2024, but has since violated the terms of his supervised release and is now actively wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Stephanie Hinn, and law enforcement officials are requesting public assistance in locating him.
