Polk County, MN – Richard Harold Schulz, 29, is currently a wanted fugitive as of July 31, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Schulz, born on October 7, 1995, was originally sentenced on March 2, 2021, for burglary (aid/abet) under court file number 60-CR-13-2317 in Polk County. He was last released on May 4, 2023, but has since failed to comply with his release conditions and is now wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Jake Mutzenberger, and law enforcement are seeking public assistance in locating him.
