Scott County, MN – Charles Rashade Tate Sr., 36, has been listed as a wanted fugitive as of July 17, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Tate, also known as Charles Rashad Tate, was sentenced on April 27, 2023, for drug-related offenses under case numbers 70-CR-21-435 in Scott County and 62-CR-23-1199 in Ramsey County. He was released on March 21, 2024, but failed to comply with his supervised release conditions and is now wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Stephanie Hinn, and law enforcement officials are requesting public assistance in locating him.
