Hennepin County, MN – Andre Antonio Frazier, 41, has been listed as a wanted fugitive as of May 31, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Frazier was sentenced on December 20, 2012, for criminal sexual conduct under case numbers 27-CR-10-4172 and 27-CR-23-9507 (Hennepin County). He was released on May 6, 2024, but violated the terms of his supervised release and is now actively wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Jahmal Mattson, and law enforcement officials are requesting public assistance in locating him.
