Becker County (trfnews.i234.me) — William Lee Longchase of Manomen, Minnesota, is facing serious criminal charges following a short pursuit in Becker County.

According to court documents, around 11:00 p.m. on March 16, a Becker County deputy attempted to stop Longchase, knowing that his driving privileges were canceled. Instead of pulling over, Longchase fled but soon stopped and surrendered to authorities without further incident.

Longchase has now been charged with:

  • Felony Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle
  • Gross Misdemeanor DWI (Driving While Impaired)
  • Gross Misdemeanor Driving After Cancellation

The case is currently pending in Becker County Court, and further proceedings will determine potential sentencing.
