Dean William Nelson of Devil’s Lake has been charged with felony misapplication of entrusted property according to court documents he was the manager of Park South Apartments for the owner he was entrusted to collect rent and application fees he allegedly took from a lock rent box $1,415 worth of cash and a money order that was supposed to be applied for rent and an application fee I’m Neil Carls reporting for in trfnews.i234.me
