Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) — Joseph Barnes has been booked into Pennington County Jail following serious charges related to a police pursuit and DWI investigation.
According to jail records, Barnes, who stands 5’6″ tall and weighs 125 pounds, was taken into custody on March 21, 2025 and is currently being held without bail.
Court records show Barnes faces two charges:

Gross Misdemeanor: Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test (Blood or Urine) as Required by Search Warrant under Minnesota Statute 169A.20.2(2)

Felony: Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle under Statute 609.487.3
Both charges will be handled in District Court, though a court date has not yet been scheduled.
