Man from Grand Forks Faces Rape Charges at Air Base

an arrest warrant has been issued for a Grand Forks man charged with rape at the Grand Forks Air Base According to court documents in May of this year Lance oliveiras was in a vehicle that gave an intoxicated female a ride from Grand Forks to the air base he claimed to the driver he lived in the same dorm as the female the complaint says video surveillance shows Oliveira’s continually touching the victim and attempting to enter the victim’s room needing to be stopped in at least four occasions by the driver the driver escorted Oliveira’s to a different floor of the dorm where Oliveira’s claimed he lived it was later determined Oliveira’s lived in Grand Forks not at the vase a few minutes later surveillance video shows him walking back to the victim’s room without knocking or being invited and entering the victim woke the next morning with Lance oliveiras in her bed suffering from a pain to her genitals and wearing no clothes below the waist DNA evidence was collected at the scene Lance elevaris has been charged with felonies of gross sexual imposition victim unaware and burglary I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
