28 year old deandre francis of grand forks has been charged with a pair of felonies robbery and child neglect plus a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence according to court documents on august 24th the female victim reported she got into an argument with her on-again-off-again boyfriend deandre francis and he allegedly struck her in the face while she was holding a child then he allegedly took her phone and walked away police located the missing phone outside the victim’s apartment i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
