HARVEY, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – In Harvey, North Dakota, authorities have arrested 35-year-old Shae William Miller on multiple charges related to child pornography. The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation began looking into Miller’s activities after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children last month.
Miller is charged with promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor, attempted solicitation of a minor, and two counts of possession of certain materials prohibited. Court records reveal that investigators found multiple photos and videos of child pornography on Miller’s devices, featuring victims as young as five years old.
Further investigation revealed that Miller had engaged in sexually explicit communications online with a teenage individual. In November, he posted on Facebook seeking weekend babysitting jobs to gain access to children. According to court papers, Miller admitted to investigators that he made the post with the intention of gaining access to a child and also confessed to viewing and sending child pornography through social media platforms.
Shae William Miller is due back in court on March 9th, 2025.
