at 10:48 a.m. Thursday Grand Forks police were dispatched to the townhouse motel for a report that a man had threatened to kill the female clerk according to court documents upon arrival police determined the suspect was 46 year old Brian Ritter no address listed while placing Ritter under arrest police stated that he made numerous threatening comments toward the victim saying things like you’re done and you’re finished records don’t indicate what motivated this incident Ritter has been charged with felony terrorizing I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
