In Grand Forks, North Dakota, a shocking discovery has led to Marshawn H. Wooten facing major charges involving multiple juveniles. According to court documents, he allegedly had sex with a juvenile female on several occasions.
On May 11th, at an apartment in Grand Forks, the horrifying situation escalated as Wooten was having sex with the first juvenile female when another juvenile female, lying on the floor next to the bed, was pulled up onto the bed and he had sex with her too. The criminal complaint states that surveillance video captured all three entering the apartment.
Wooten has been charged with a class double-A felony of gross sexual imposition, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted. This shocking case highlights the importance of vigilance and protection for our juveniles in Grand Forks and beyond.
