Man Accused of Brandishing Firearm at Crowd in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Hamilton, North Dakota man is facing 4 felony charges of Terrorizing for allegedly pointing a handgun at a group of people in Grand Forks.
mark l miller of hamilton north dakota has been charged with four felony counts of terrorizing in grand forks according to court documents on march 13th saturday police responded to a report of a male suspect in an argument with a group of people he’d allegedly pointed a handgun at the officer spotted the vehicle onto mers avenue and a felony stop was conducted in front of the demers avenue fire station the female driver complied with commands but the passenger later identified as mark miller was non-compliant for 20 minutes before he was taken into custody and two handguns were seized during that time police reported he shouted f u and f the police he was then identified by the victims he’d allegedly threatened with a handgun no word in court documents about what may have motivated this incident i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
