Lyon County (trfnews.i234.me) — Authorities in Lyon County have issued a fugitive alert following the declaration of Dylan Lee Mariner as a wanted fugitive as of May 1, 2025. Full details are available at TRF News.
Mariner, born March 13, 1993, was charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and fifth-degree assault after an incident in Marshall in February 2023. According to a criminal complaint, Mariner struck a male victim in the head with a tire iron, leading to hospitalization and surgery for the victim.
He was sentenced on January 12, 2024, and released from custody on October 28, 2024. However, Mariner has since violated the terms of his supervised release under the supervision of Agent Brett Serreyn.
Given the violent nature of his offense, authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant. Anyone with information regarding Mariner’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact law enforcement immediately.
