Pennington County Sheriff’s Office Case
John Michael Klein, 66, of Red Lake Falls, was fined $135 for allowing domestic animals to run at large, which is prohibited.

Thief River Falls Police Department Cases

Rosalie Anna White, 41, of Redby, was fined $510 for fourth-degree driving while impaired. Her sentence includes 30 days in jail, stayed for two years, with probation to the court for two years. She must complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow the recommended level of treatment and aftercare. A charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.
Neal Clayton Foote II, 40, of Thief River Falls, was fined $485 for DWI. His sentence includes 30 days in jail, stayed for one year, and unsupervised probation for one year. Charges of expired registration and failure to produce proof of insurance were dismissed.
