Lengby Woman Charged After Mahnomen Traffic Stop

Mahnomen County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Lengby woman is facing a gross misdemeanor charge after a traffic stop in Mahnomen County.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Minnesota’s Ninth Judicial District, Nicole Grace Jackson was charged with driving after cancellation. The complaint states her driving privileges had been canceled as being inimical to public safety.

The case was filed in Mahnomen County District Court under Court File No. 44-CR-26-201. The alleged offense happened on or about April 10, 2026.

Traffic Stop Reported On Highway 200

The complaint states that a vehicle was seen traveling eastbound on Highway 200 in Mahnomen County. A license plate check showed the registered owner was Jackson.

Court documents state the check also showed Jackson’s driving status as canceled, inimical to public safety. The legal term is often listed as DAC-IPS in court records.

A traffic stop was then conducted. The complaint states the driver was identified as Nicole Grace Jackson. It also states Jackson was aware of her driving status.
