Lengby (trfnews.i234.me) — Tina Christine Olson, 53, of Fosston, is facing a gross misdemeanor liquor charge in Mahnomen County District Court.
The charge stems from an underage alcohol compliance check on October 28, 2025.
Court records list the case as 44-CR-26-160.
Olson is charged with furnishing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years old.
The charge carries a maximum sentence of 364 days in jail.
It also carries a possible $3,000 fine.
Compliance Check At Ruffed Grouse Roadhouse
According to the complaint, local and state task force agents were checking liquor businesses.
The checks took place at establishments on the White Earth Reservation.
At about 4:18 p.m., undisclosed under-21 decoys entered Ruffed Grouse Roadhouse.
The business is listed at 1336 300th Avenue in Lengby.
The complaint says the decoys later left with an open bottle of beer.
Decoys reported that a dark-haired female bartender served them alcohol.
They also reported that the bartender did not ask for identification.
The complaint says the decoys paid for the alcohol and left the bar.
Bartender Later Identified
Investigators returned to Ruffed Grouse Roadhouse on December 4, 2025.
The complaint says a bartender was shown a photo of the woman who allegedly served the decoys.
That bartender identified the woman as Tina Christine Olson.
Investigators later returned and spoke with Olson in person.
According to the complaint, Olson did not recognize the decoy.
Her full name and date of birth were confirmed.
No police officer names are being included in this report.
Charge Remains An Allegation
The charge is an allegation at this stage.
Olson is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
The case was filed as a summons in Mahnomen County District Court.
