GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A slippery sidewalk lawsuit has been filed in Grand Forkks, after a man says he was injured from a fall on an icy sidewalk at his apartment building.
a slippery sidewalk lawsuit has been filed in grand forks district court this week for an incident that happened on february 14th of 2017 here outside this apartment building at 1951 28th avenue south william norton says he was living here when he slipped and fell as a result of accumulated snow and ice on the sidewalk norton says he suffered injuries to his lower extremities head back and nerve damage which continues to require medical treatment the lawsuit is against northland properties llc norton is asking for financial damages in the sum of at least fifty thousand dollars i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

  1. "Police Central" over there can only do so much about the snow/ice like any apartment owner. However, I feel if there is a sidewalk on their property that walkway should be salted. Our apartment sidewalk from the steps to the city sidewalk is never salted either. I hope he is watching his back because companies send insurance spies out. Good luck with his lawsuit! 🍀
