Koochiching County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Little Fork man was hurt in a single-vehicle crash Sunday on Highway 6.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported the crash at 11:58 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2025.

The location was near Township Road 183 in South Koochiching Unorganized.

What happened

Troopers said a 2018 Ford F-150 was traveling north on Highway 6.

They said the pickup drifted off the right side of the road.

They said it went into a ditch and hit trees.

Road conditions were listed as snow and ice.

Only one vehicle was involved.

Driver and injuries

The driver was identified as Cory Lyle Gielarowski, 57, of Little Fork.

Troopers said his injuries were not life-threatening.

He was taken to Big Fork Hospital for care.
