Juvenile Female in Grand Forks Shot Twice with CO2 Gun, Charges Filed

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Crookston man has now been charged with shooting a juvenile female twice with a CO2 gun in Grand Forks last month. Tony Rodriguez is facing charges of Aggravated Assault and Terrorizing.
a Crookston man 19 year old Tony David Rodriguez has been charged with shooting a juvenile female twice with a co2 pistol in Grand Forks charges now filed in a May 10th incident according to the criminal complaint on May 10th at 9 50 PM Grand Forks Police responded to an alley on a report of an assault involving a weapon the complaint says it was determined Tony Rodriguez was driving a 2003 gold Chevrolet Suburban drove down the alley three different times asking a group if they had a problem with a passenger in his vehicle on the third time a driving past the residence Tony Rodriguez fired several rounds from a co2 pistol at a group of juveniles a juvenile female Gene doe was struck by two rounds from the CO2 pistol being fired by by Rodriguez with one round of the CO2 pellet gun being lodged in her arm causing severe pain and having to be removed by a doctor at Ultra emergency room the other round struck Jane Doe in the lower back also causing injury and pain Rodriguez admitted that he fired an unknown number of rounds from a CO2 gun at the juveniles Rodriguez has now been charged with felonies of aggravated assault and terrorizing I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
