FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – On December 31st at 10:13 p.m., Fargo Police responded to a reported shooting at an apartment building in the 2500 block of 15th Street South. Upon arrival, officers determined that two juvenile males had engaged in a physical altercation in a hallway during a party. A neighboring resident attempted to intervene and was struck by gunfire. The individual was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Additionally, three other individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries resulting from the physical confrontation.
The suspect fled the scene, prompting a K9 search with assistance from the Clay County Sheriff’s Department. At approximately 3:22 a.m., the juvenile was apprehended at his residence in Glyndon, Minnesota, and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.
