Moorhead (trfnews.i234.me) — Marcus Gardy Suah, age 26, has been arrested following joint action by Moorhead Police and Hennepin County authorities, facing several serious criminal charges.

Charges Filed:

  • Fleeing Officer in a Motor Vehicle

  • Theft of Property Over $1,000

  • 5th Degree Controlled Substance Possession – Schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 (Non-Marijuana)

  • Giving a False Name to a Peace Officer

  • Tampering with Motor Vehicle – Rummaging/Removing Contents

  • Driving with License Suspended/Revoked/Canceled

Authorities allege Suah was involved in a motor vehicle pursuit, subsequently found in possession of narcotics and implicated in the theft of property valued over $1,000. He also reportedly provided false information during the arrest.
