East Grand Forks, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Kenrick Louis Norman had been off parole for only two days when he was arrested for a violent domestic assault, according to court records.
On June 13th, East Grand Forks police responded to a call reporting a domestic incident. The female victim told officers that Norman allegedly straddled her on the ground and strangled her. Police confirmed she was having difficulty breathing, and she was transported to a hospital for further medical evaluation.
Norman reportedly told officers the altercation was a verbal argument over drugs and denied any physical contact.
He was arrested and is now charged with the following:

Felony assault – substantial bodily harm

Misdemeanor domestic assault
