Seriously disgusting!
I am in no way defending him but to clarify, these are charges from a few years ago. He is just now finally serving his sentencing for it.
Now do you all believe me??
It’s ridiculous, frustrating and disheartening how dam long this took… and absolutely sad for the victim and family … healing can maybe finally take place
Meckenzie Malwitz Justice delayed is justice denied.
I said that to Judge Tamara Yon’s face in a courtroom at sentencing for a couple of local criminals sentenced to years in prison for theft and meth. The now county attorney was their defense attorney at the time and he was pissy I said that. Only took 500 days to prosecute them.
2 years later, they were both back out, reoffending, and then one went to work at the gas station across the street while the other is still out, still offending.
The law of man has failed Pennington County. It’s time for the law of nature.
The only thing Pennington County and Minnesota’s legal system does is store criminals until early release, all so the victims can sit and watch & wait for them to get out. God’s law is beat em, whip em, kill them…. there’s no jail.
He plead guilty i believe and got 10 years
I Thought This Guy was a GOODY GOODY A few Years Ago! I think either him or his wife worked for Social services
Yep hes a fuck up and I dont feel bad one minute. Im out there for all the other victims too. Not just me. He should’ve been turned in years ago but I cant help that. Now hes gone and again playing the system. In the hospital crying poor me…whatever. carry on with all you did and to all your kids and victims! I stand proud for all this shit!
You never know who some people really are..
