- JONASSON WAS CONVICTED OF FOUR COUNTS OF INDECENT EXPOSURE. AFTER TWO PREVIOUS CHARGES OF INDECENT EXPOSURE WERE AMENDED TO DISORDERLY CONDUCT, JONASSON’S BEHAVIOR BEGAN TO ESCALATE. HE EXPOSED HIMSELF FROM HIS WINDOW, THEN BALCONY, THEN A SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM. FINALLY, JONASSON BEGAN TO LEAVE HIS RESIDENCE, LOOKING IN PATIO WINDOWS WHILE EXPOSING HIMSELF AND APPROACHING A SCHOOL BUS STOP WHILE MASTURBATING.
