Grand Forks Police are investigating a case of indecent exposure with two ten-year-old girls as the victims uh this message from a family member saying the suspect was traveling westbound here on 17th Avenue South and stopped near the crosswalk on 10th Street I thought at that moment the two ten-year-old girls were riding their electric scooters nearby the man proceeded to expose himself by pulling himself up in front in the front seat and showing his genitals outside the driver’s window afterwards he quickly sped off and turned into the Hugo’s parking lot off 17th Avenue South in Washington family member says the description of the suspect is a white male in his 40s with a dark mole or birth birthmark on his left cheek wearing a ball cap and glasses resembling the ones shown in the picture messy appearance not clean with a buzz cut on the bottom and short hairs sticking out of his hat he was wearing a white shirt with what resembled a lake on the front the vehicle had North Dakota plates now they’re describing this vehicle as a red or burgundy SUV I talked with Sergeant Pemberton who says their description they have is a burgundy reddish Cadillac so anyway if you have any information about this or happen to be around the area at that time please call police I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
