Inmate Accused of Spitting Faces Additional Charges in Grand Forks Jail

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) An inmate being held at the Grand Forks County jail is now facing another felony charge.
Brandin Ruby of breezy point Minnesota is facing another felony charge as an inmate of the Grand Forks County Jail according to court records on February 20th he was being moved out of his cell for transport to court when he became uncooperative and began spitting he allegedly spit in the face of a correctional officer with saliva going into the officers eyes and mouth Brandon Ruby has now been charged with felony contact by bodily fluids he was already being held on a burglary charge I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
