the 32 year old Alison lino Bailey was killed after jumping off this pedestrian bridge in st. Paul the State Patrol says it happened Saturday at 6:43 a.m. Bailey jumped off this pedestrian bridge just west of Dale Street onto Interstate 94 westbound and was struck by a motorist and died at the scene her address isn’t known yet again the victim was 32 year old Alison Bailey I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
