we have an update regarding that fatal crash in Grand Forks on North Washington Street just after midnight on this Tuesday listen from the police department who says the deceased male has been identified as 26 year old Joel scram of Manville North Dakota it does not appear as though scram was utilizing any of the vehicles safety restraints and it is unknown at this time if alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash scrams body was sent to und pathology office for examination and his family has been notified of his passing again the victim in that fatal rollover on North Washington in Grand Forks this morning was a 26 year-old Joel scram of Manville I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
