CASS COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has ruled the death of a 12-year old boy as a Homicide. The incident was originally investigated as a hunting accident. The victim has been identified as 12-year old Jeremy Her of Saint Paul. The Medical Examiner says he died from a gunshot wound to the head. The manner of death is listed as a homicide. At this point, no word on intent, whether this incident will remain classified as an accident or crime.

What ammo were they using to hunt squirrels that also killed this boy? Must have been incredibly close…. does smell right.
This seems highly suspicious. No disrespect to the family, but I can think of at least one very good reason why an uncle might kill a young boy to silence him.
