Hinckley, Pine County (trfnews.i234.me)—A 77-year-old woman from Lutsen, Minnesota, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries following a single-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 35 near Highway 48 in Hinckley, Pine County, on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at approximately 1:57 PM.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the driver of a 2007 Lexus GS lost control of the vehicle, causing it to veer off the road to the right. The Lexus struck a road sign and continued into a light post before coming to rest in the ditch.
The driver was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and no alcohol was involved. Road conditions were reported as dry.
Emergency responders from the Pine County Sheriff’s Office and Essentia Ambulance assisted at the scene.
The Minnesota State Patrol continues to investigate the incident.
