North Dakota, Grand Forks, Cass, Steele, and Traill Counties.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 5 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
