THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – An early Saturday morning pursuit in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, ended with multiple charges for Willhelm Bratsch of Raymond.
The high-speed chase, which reached speeds of 70 mph, started after Bratsch reportedly drove through a property.
The pursuit came to an end just before 4:00 a.m. near Muzzy Street and Tindolph Ave. when an officer successfully positioned a squad car in front of Bratsch’s vehicle, forcing it to stop in a yard.
Bratsch claimed he was unaware a deputy was following him and admitted he’s not a good driver.
His vehicle had four passengers, including a child.
He now faces charges including felony fleeing, misdemeanor DWI, criminal property damage, and gross misdemeanor child endangerment.
