Hennepin County (trfnews.i234.me) — Kashka Kenya Shannon, born October 15, 1992, is now listed as a wanted fugitive by the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

Shannon, convicted of robbery in Hennepin County under court file number 27-CR-19-18430, was sentenced on January 27, 2020, and later released on June 4, 2024. However, Shannon has since violated release conditions and is now the focus of a statewide manhunt as of March 16, 2025.

The supervising DOC agent is Cindy Kolodziejski, and authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating Shannon.

Shannon’s violent criminal history makes this a high-priority case for Minnesota law enforcement.

I’m Chris Harper, and I’m reporting for TRF News.
