GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Altru and other organizations are hosting the Live Grand Health and Wellness Expo at Town Square in Downtown Grand Forks today, running until 3:00 p.m. This is the third year of the Live Grand Health and Wellness Expo, and the first time it’s being held at Town Square, having grown from last year’s location.
The event features 56 vendors covering various aspects of health and wellness, including food security, mental health, medical health, and financial health. Attendees can enjoy free food and receive swag bags while supplies last. The Expo aims to address the social determinants of health by providing essential resources and services to individuals facing economic challenges. It offers a holistic approach to wellness, from healthcare services and nutrition information to mental health support and community resources.
The event is free and open to the public, welcoming everyone to come and benefit from the resources available until 3:00 p.m. this Wednesday.
