some breaking news out of Grand Forks on this Friday evening at about 6 55 dispatcher took a report of gunshots fired this is around the 1100 block of landico Lane which is in the south end of town uh 30 on uh by 36th Avenue off of Washington Street um our camera person did see one uh patrol squad leaving the area and talked to a uh a family walking down the street and they confirmed they thought they heard gunshots also that’s not confirmed by police yet whether they were actually gunshots it sounded like from radio traffic they may have been looking for a car that had left the area not hearing any reports of anyone injured but dispatcher did confirm police are investigating a weapons related call we’ll have more information as soon as it’s available I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

Ive been hearing that same sound every so often , not every day . But to me sounds like a truck backfire , kinda like a firework to , there is a car in town that sounds like this to .
Funny, if its in town its called a "weapon" related call, and if its outside of city limits its call a firearm.
We were the ones who reported it. We were the victims, I can guarantee you for sure, they were gun shots. And we know who it was. So why is the maniac still running around loose???
This is why people just stopped reporting gunshots in my neighborhood. Grand Forks is no longer a safe City.
