Spring flood season is always a high point of entertainment, gets back to pretty much boring after the water recedes

Thank you! I live in East Grand Forks – North and the roads surrounding my block and as far as I can tell running East-West are flooded, luckily it hasn't gone too far past the curb and hasn't reached the parking lot. Still I don't want to try driving or walking trough that. it's nice to get up-to-date overview of how it is downtown, I was expecting that it would be completely flooded down there.
